To support the growth ambitions of our company, we are looking for a motivated:
Tractor Driver
(36–40 hours per week)
As a Tractor Driver, you are responsible for carrying out mechanized cultivation activities safely, efficiently, and carefully. You contribute to optimal asparagus production by professionally operating tractors and agricultural machinery and performing transport activities.
Your responsibilities include:
Carrying out soil cultivation and crop protection activities in the fields using tractors and horticultural machinery;
Contributing to the optimal care and growth of crops by performing various cultivation-related tasks;
Performing transport activities with tractors and related equipment, both on company premises and on public roads;
Supporting Senior Crop Specialists in the execution of cultivation activities.
You have:
An MBO-level (vocational) working and thinking level, preferably in agriculture, mechanization, or agricultural engineering;
Basic knowledge of maintenance and fault detection for tractors and horticultural machinery;
Preferably a spraying license and experience with GPS guidance systems and precision farming, although we value motivation and a willingness to learn even more;
A valid Category T driving licence, or a Category B licence issued before 1 July 2015 that permits the operation of agricultural tractors;
A proactive, independent, and flexible attitude, enabling you to switch easily between tasks and working hours while taking responsibility for your own work.
