FAMILIAR NAME, NEW POSITION...JAN MUURMANS OUR NEW QUALITY MANAGER

We would like to inform you that, since 1 February, Jan Muurmans has filled a new position within Teboza: Quality Manager. A position with which we take the next important step in our quality system. In his role as Quality Manager, Jan is responsible for the inspections of incoming and outgoing product. Furthermore, Jan will be the product contact for the growers we work with and our other suppliers. Jan will also continue to play an important and relational role for our customers, many of whom have been loyal buyers of our products for years. In short, a broad function that allows us to further strengthen our lines of communication with growers, suppliers and customers. It is also a position that allows us to further strengthen our internal lines of communication. 

Further optimising our quality system was a big challenge for Jan when he was asked if he was interested in a new challenge within the company. Jan has now been with Teboza for over 16 years. He started in 2008 as a manager in the sorting department. A year later, Jan switched to sales. This is where Jan has worked passionately for 15 years. "Through my years of working with our customers, I know pretty well what their needs are. The line between Teboza and the customer has to be as short and clear as possible. With this, we are going to make sure we focus even more on customer focus. In this demanding market, we need to excel against the rest of the market." When Jan is asked what his motivation is for taking up his new position, he is adamant: "I want to ensure that growers and suppliers, as well as customers, can look back on a successful collaboration with Teboza every year" says Jan Muurmans.

With Jan's new position as Quality Manager, we are convinced that we can distinguish ourselves even further in terms of quality and security of supply.
